Had tendonitis for a while now and a bad wrist injury which I injured 2.5 years ago and still get pain now, after using these, I can throw with full power now without worry of any wrist pain coming back! I also bruised my knuckles which these allowed me to overcome. Might seem expensive initially but for the health of your hands and wrists, I would pay double.

Great quality. Very thick at the knuckles and a very tight fit when worn in the boxing glove. The wrist strap should be longer for better wrist support. A bit of a snug fit around the fingers as well but not an issue. Fast delivery

They are good for bag work but if you are putting gloves on over them, it's a bit tight. Knuckle protection is good and they are comfortable. Velcro quality is good.

The only flaw, if you could call it that, is the fact that the wrists are very very loose and cannot be adjusted more tighter. My wrists are pretty thin so I can't really blame this on the manufacturer
