At PFX Sports, we strive to deliver premium-quality sports gear and customer satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase due to size, color, model, or any other reason, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Unopened Items
You may return unopened items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Note: Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
Opened Items
Opened but unused items in saleable condition are eligible for return within the 30-day period. Items must include original packaging and all accessories.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your replacement.
Shipping charges for exchanged items are not covered unless it was a mistake on our part.
❌ Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- If you refuse delivery, it will be handled under our standard return policy.
In such cases, shipping charges will not be refunded.
⚠️ Situational Returns
Change of Mind / Ordered by Mistake
If you’ve had a change of mind or ordered the wrong item, you may still return it within 30 days. The product must be unused and in original condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
🚚 Incorrect or Damaged Items
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear images showing the damage. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Items
Received the wrong product, size, or color? Contact us with photos and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping charges will be covered by PFX Sports in such cases.
📦 Return Requirements
All returns must:
- Be accompanied by a Return Request and original documentation
- Include a note specifying the reason for return and whether a refund or exchange is preferred
- Pass inspection before credit or refunds are issued
🛠️ Warranty Information (90 Days)
All PFX Sports products come with a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Wear and tear
- Unauthorized alterations
Warranty Process
To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, details of the issue, and relevant images. We’ll assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.
📦 Free Return Shipping Labels
We offer free return labels for the following:
- Wrong item received (images required)
- Wrong color/size sent by us (images required)
- Product not as described
- Cancelled order but item still dispatched
❌ No Free Return Labels for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Refused deliveries
- Ordered wrong color/size
- Cancellation after dispatch
Large/heavy item return costs must be covered by the customer unless the fault lies with PFX Sports.
🧼 Hygiene Notice
Due to hygiene reasons, used mouth guards, groin guards, and similar intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.
