I have been training for a few years now and always struggled with my grip when it came to back workouts. I've tried a few straps that work by you wrapping it around the bar yourself which is hard and uneven at times. These 8 figure straps are really good!! I have to twist it around a few times to get the desired tightness but I automatically lifted 30kg more with good form as it allows you to focus on the lift. The straps are comfortable even under load and seem to be durable. For the price these are amazing quality and a must have if you are taking your workouts seriously.

So I struggled with regular lifting straps and heard figure 8 straps may be better for me. I use these most days and find they are such a big help and much easier to use than regular straps once you get used to them. It did take me a little bit of messing around to find out the best way for me to use them and I had to adjust a little as I have small hands and tiny wrists which make this a bit of a chore but once I found the best way I'd be lying if I said I'd use anything else. Highly recommend.
